Returns & Exchanges Policy
Suit Negozi Row offers a flexible return policy allowing you to return items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all security tags are intact, and include the printed return invoice inside the box.
Ship the Package
Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your original order to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
